Submit your order securely to us via this web site. Your card will not be charged until the order is processed for shipment. If your card is declined, you will be notified by e-mail and the order may be canceled if we do not hear back from you. Please make sure the e-mail address you enter is correct.

Shipping Policies

All orders ship via UPS in the Continental United States only. Shipping is non-refundable. All of our shipments are packed to ensure the safety of your items en route. Please make sure your shipping address is a street address. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. UPS does not require signature for shipments so make sure your shipment is delivered to a secure address.

On average, your order will be received in 4 - 7 working days. During  June, August or January, delivery time may take longer. Orders are shipped once a day, Monday through Friday only. If your order has not been received within 8 business days, please e-mail with your web order number and inquire about the status.

New textbooks are clean with perfect bindings and absolutely in mint condition with no names, markings or writing of any kind in the book. Used textbooks must be in re-salable condition.

Textbooks purchased new and then written in, signed or soiled may be returned at the used price. Wrapped or boxed textbooks MUST NOT BE UNWRAPPED OR OPENED.

No REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on the following: catalogs, schedules, general books, sale merchandise, software, reference books or study aids.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE THE CONDITION OF ALL MERCHANDISE BEING RETURNED.

We reserve the right to refuse service, orders, or advertising requests on this site.
