Ordering Online

Submit your order securely to us via this web site. Your card will not be charged until the order is processed for shipment. If your card is declined, you will be notified by e-mail and the order will be canceled if we do not hear back from you. Please make sure the e-mail address you enter is correct.

Shipping Policies

All orders shipped via UPS ground $11.95 flat rate within the Continental United States only. Shipping is not refundable. Approved returns are subject to $5 restocking charge. Orders may take up to 72 business hours to process. January, June and August orders may take even longer due to order volume. UPS does not ship to p.o. boxes. Please make sure your shipping address is a street address. Make sure the address is complete noting street, avenue, court etc. and apartment or unit number please. UPS does not require signature at delivery so please make sure you are shipping to a secure address. Shipping requests will be noted on label but it's up to UPS driver to comply. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during Spring and fall semester and Monday through Thursday during summer. If your order has not been received within 8 business days, please e-mail with your web order number and inquire about the status.

Returns

BOOKS PURCHASED IN STORE AND ONLINE CURRENTLY HAVE NO REFUND.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT/PACK LIST FOR CURRENT DEADLINE FOR REFUND.

Bring with you the current original cash register receipt on or before the last day of the refund period.

A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF...

New textbooks are clean with perfect bindings and absolutely in mint condition with no names, markings or writing of any kind in the book. Used textbooks must be in re-salable condition.

Textbooks purchased new and then written in, signed or soiled may be returned at the used price. Shrink-wrapped books MUST NOT BE UNWRAPPED OR OPENED.

No REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on the following: catalogs, schedules, general books, sale merchandise, reference books or study aids.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE THE CONDITION OF ALL MERCHANDISE BEING RETURNED.

We reserve the right to refuse service, orders, or advertising requests on this site.
