A Refund May Be Given if:

New textbooks are clean with perfect bindings and absolutely in mint condition with no names, markings or writing of any kind in the book.  Used textbooks must be in re-salable condition. Textbooks purchased new and then written in, signed or soiled may be returned at the used price.  SHRINKWRAPPED BOOKS MUST NOT BE UNWRAPPED OR OPENED. No REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on the following: catalogs, schedules, consumables, general books, sale merchandise, reference books or study aids. You must have your receipt for any return.

If you are taking a late start class it is strongly suggested you do not purchase books/materials before the first day of class.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE THE CONDITION OF ALL MERCHANDISE BEING RETURNED. ALL REFUNDS SUBJECT TO 10% PROCESSING FEE. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

-Store pick up at The Bookcenter from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday (after receiving e-mail confirmation that your order is ready.)

-Ship via UPS ground to your selected shipping address, $14.95. Continental US only.

The DVC Book Center is not responsible for information used on this site for the purchase of textbooks from other locations. Individual instructors can and do make the final decisions on course book requests.
