Advanced Health Assessment and Physical Examination of Infants, Children, and Adolescents provides in-depth treatment of the physical and psychosocial assessment of children, birth through adolescence. Emphasis will be placed on the developmental and cultural aspects of child assessment. Nursing care, diagnosis, and treatment will not be included. The book will have a dual focus: to serve as a primary pediatric health assessment course textbook for the advanced practice student, and as a reference for practicing nurse practitioners and physicians' assistants.
